fumes and fluids. (i.e., petrol, alcohol, gas fumes, etc.)
- Ensure the client, operator, Taara V. Ray and work areas are DRY.
- Ensure the power supply matches specification label on the Taara V. Ray.
- If units fail to operate, disconnect from power supply and check fuse.
Replace fuse if necessary with an M205 fast blow 800 or 500 milliamps fuse (0.8 0r 0.5
Amp). Do not use a larger fuse.

Where the unit gets wet.Where the machine seems to be faulty.
-
Where the unit has been damaged by being dropped or the housing has been broken.

the handsets applicator holder opening.
- Ensure that electronic equipment is at least 2 meters away from operating
area (i.e. mobile phones,computers etc.).
- For client comfort and ease of operation remove electrically conductive
objects from the area of operation, (i.e. necklaces, earings, etc).

without an applicator inserted.
- Do not operate units when applicator is not in contact with a body.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Before cleaning, disconnect the Taara V. Ray from the power supply. Use a
soft cloth damped with water to wipe over the operation panel of the machine. Do not use
alcohol or any other strong solution to clean the unit.
- Do not lubricate any part of the unit.Applicator glassware may be cleaned
with a soft tissue saturated in methylated spirits

implant. Also, remove mobile phones and watches with
batteries from work area.
- Be sure the client has not consumed alcohol
in the previous 6 8 hours prior to treatment.
Operating Instructions
- Lightly dust, with talcum powder, the skin area to be
treated. No talcum needed when using Eye or Internal applicators.
- Ensure the control box is on a flat surface (to allow air
convection), and is at a workable distance for easy operation.
- Check control boxs switch if turned OFF and the
intensity control is LOW.
- Plug the units power lead into mains socket.
- Hold handset and insert applicator with a light but firm
clockwise rotation (as viewed from applicator end of handset).
- Turn mains switch on.
- Place applicator in contact with the body of client. Keep
nose cone of handset, at all times, a minimum of 25mm away from the clients body. The high
voltage spark from the nose cone, while not dangerous, can create discomfort and fright
for the client.
- Turn control box switch ON. Applicator will light and glow.
- Increase intensity setting. Approximately half intensity is
suitable for client comfort
- NOTE: Intensity
increases voltage and heating effect. Experience demonstrates efficacy of treatment is NOT
dependent on intensity.
- Keep applicator in contact with the skin while sliding
applicator over the body.
- Treatment times are between 2 to 5 minutes. Rarely longer. Because a little is good doesn't mean a lot is better.
- When treatment is finished, turn intensity down, switch
control box off and then remove applicator from body contact.
- Allow applicator to cool, as brass
applicator cap can be quite hot after use, and remove if needed by gently
pulling while turning clockwise.
