The Association for Research and Enlightenment, Inc., A.R.E.® 

The ARE was founded in 1931 to research and make available information given by Edgar Cayce on ESP, dreams, holistic health, meditation, and life after death and much more.   As an open membership research organisation, the Association continues to study and publish such information; to initiate investigations and experiments, and to promote conferences, seminars, and lectures.  Edgar Cayce was the moving force in the establishment of the A.R.E.

In Addition to the benefits and privileges of  membership, the A.R.E. helps support activities and services worldwide.

The A.R.E. Visitors Center houses one of the most extensive metaphysical libraries in the  world.  It also hosts thousands of visitors from around the world who come to learn more about Edgar Cayce and to attend conferences and lectures.  The center offers guided tours and is open to the public seven days a week.

Today the A.R.E. is a network of people who are actively studying and applying Edgar Cayce's timeless wisdom and his practical suggestions for experiencing a better life.  Wherever you live, members and friends have the opportunity to take part in local activities, conferences, and discussion groups.
